By accessing or using MoodNood ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

MoodNood is a mood tracking and journaling application that allows users to:

• Create and manage personal journal entries
• Track moods and emotional patterns over time
• View insights and analytics about their emotional wellbeing
• Access their data across devices

The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoodNood and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
